Please email us first before booking a party to confirm your date and time is available! To book a party we require a non-refundable deposit of $100+tax to hold the date and time of your party. Until we have your deposit all dates and times will be available to other clients. This deposit must be payed at the time of booking. Please see our booking page HERE to pay your deposit. You may also choose to pay the balance in full at this time if you would like. After your deposit has been paid you will receive an invoice emailed to you with your remaining balance on it. This deposit is non-refundable, but if you have to cancel your party, it can be transferred to another date.
The remaining balance does not have to be paid until the date of the party. You can choose to pay your remaining balance through our online checkout with your credit card, or on the day of the party. If you choose to pay on the date of the party, you can pay the performer cash at the start of the party, or through our Square reader for your credit card. Please specify if this is how you want to pay.
If you are booking a corporate event, we require payment in full upon invoicing. We require a 24 hour notice for corporate cancellations, and do not offer any refunds in the case of a cancellation.
Keep in mind your party is NOT booked until your deposit is paid. Please pay as soon as possible to avoid losing your preferred date and time!
If you have to cancel your party for unforeseen reasons, you must let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Everything except your $100 deposit will be refunded to you. The deposit is transferable and can be used to reschedule your party for another date.
For corporate bookings, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice, and do not offer any refunds.
We will travel up to 30 km for events with no travel charge to you. Any parties located between 31 km to 50 km from us have a $15.00 trip charge. We determine Mileage via google maps. You can check your distance before you call if you'd like, or we can check for you when you book with us. Any parties located between 50 km to 80 km from us have a $35.00 trip fee. Anything over 80 km to 100 km is a $50.00 travel fee and a 2 hour minimum visit must be booked. Call for pricing over 100 km.
The host/ hostess, or the birthday girl's parent, is responsible for any behavioural problems or issues during a party. Our Princess will not assume responsibility for providing any disciplinary action during a party, and therefore, in order to deliver a magical experience for your birthday girl, an adult must be present at all times during a party to observe any behaviour that may become distracting to a party! It is your responsibility to maintain the peace in the kingdom!
Food and Beverage Policy
We advise all food and beverage related activities to be saved until after the princess leaves! Sticky fingers and colourful beverages have the potential to stain and damage the royal dress. If damage should occur due to food and beverage during the party it is the responsibility of the birthday princesses' parents to have the gown cleaned.
It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. All our fairytale characters are based on classic fictional storybook characters, or of our own invention. Any resemblance to internationally known copyrighted characters is strictly incidental and unintentional. We only accept party bookings from individuals who are aware that we don't represent any licensed birthday party characters, nor represent them by their licensed name.
